Fairdale, KY. Co-founder of Ignition Coach Co., cyclocross roots, now full gas on gravel. Known as Dizzle on the roads.
Drew lives in Fairdale, Kentucky, with his wife and two daughters. He graduated from Marian University in 2016 and began coaching in 2018. In 2021, he co-founded Ignition Coach Co. alongside Dylan Johnson. He also co-hosts two podcasts, The Matchbox and Bonk Bros.
Drew continues to coach while actively racing, though his career has evolved over time. After primarily competing in cyclocross for much of his early career, he has fully transitioned to gravel racing in recent years — and hasn't looked back.
He strives to live out his favorite Bible verse, Colossians 3:23: "Whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly, as something done for the Lord and not for men."
From Sherbrooke, QC. Former roadie turned gravel weapon — trades the peloton for wide open fire roads.
From Sherbrooke, Quebec, Julien came up through road racing before gravel pulled him away from the peloton for good. Off the bike he's a graphic designer — and yes, he's probably the one quietly making everything look better.
Second-year pro. Six years racing bikes. Full gas ever since.
In his second year racing professionally and sixth overall, Henry came to cycling through an unlikely path — playing every sport his school offered before focusing on bikes while managing chronic health issues. He transferred to Fort Lewis College after his freshman year at the University of Arkansas, finding his people in Durango's storied cycling community. In 2024, while living and working in Spain, he decided to take Grand Prix-style racing seriously. He started working with a coach in March, debuted at the Leadville 100 with a 20th-place finish, then landed 9th at Rad Dirt Fest later that year. That season made it clear — he wanted to be the best he could be, and it's been full gas ever since.

Born and raised in Kalona, Iowa, Mason got into racing around 2021 and hasn't slowed down since. When he's not on the bike he's hiking, hanging out with friends, or gaming — keeping life balanced and keeping cycling fun.
From Louisville, KY. Based in Johnson City, TN. MTB roots, gravel convert, finishing her last semester of college before coaching full time.
Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Samantha now calls Johnson City, Tennessee home. She's finishing her last semester of college and plans to coach full time after graduation — following in the footsteps of two triathlete parents who made sports like cycling feel natural from the start.
Age 13 · Born and raised in Columbia, MO. Smallest rider on the squad. Never gets dropped. Phenomenon unexplained by science.
Born and raised in Columbia, Missouri — a small college town. Carter found cycling during the pandemic and has been impossible to drop ever since. When he's not training or racing, he's spelunking, playing disc golf, fishing, or finding any excuse to be outside with his friends.
Age 16 · Former skateboarder. Attacks on every climb. Apologizes after. Attacks again.
